  In the past my experience with Cypress Lake Animal Hospital has been great. The doctor and staff were very friendly and they are very willing to work with you in regards to payment plans. We had our very first unfavorable incident with Cypress Lakes Animal Hospital last year during the time our dog was boarded. He had never been boarded before so he clawed and scratched until his paws were bleeding. We didn't receive a call, nor were we told about his experience...worst he wasn't treated for his paws until we raised the question. Although, we felt the incident could have been handled a lot better we were willing to continue to use Cypress Lakes Animal Hospital....even recommended this facility to a co-worker and church member. Recently, another situation occurred and we're getting the "run around" where no one wants to take ownership for the mistake. We are being penalized financially by Cypress Lakes and our bank. Instead, of them admitting to the blunder and at least saying: "OOPS, WE MESSED UP", I'm getting comments such as: We tried calling you (You did? I'm sitting with the phone beside me expecting your call because we know the importance of this incident.) There was no answer when we called (oh really? We have voicemail but no messages were left). The manager won't be in until later (a few hours past, we call back and the manager has gone for the day). I would love to give this facility 5 stars and to be honest, it used to be a vet hospital worthy more than 5 stars. Now, there is so much unpleasantness about this place from the moment we walk in until we leave. It's sad.......

  They were supose to call my mom about her dogs results to see if he has cancer or not. Never got a call so we assumed he was cancer free. Well his lum busted and we gook him in and this is over 10 days later and then they decided to tell us he has cancer.

  Cant say enough about them! We have been taking all of our animals to them for several years. Great staff! Dr Rivera gave us wonderful guidance when we needed to put our beloved lab down recently and I appreciated her kindness and compassion.
